  The internet was down and when you call the Armstrong office after hours to let them know, they refer you to a different 1-877 number. So I hang up and call that number; it's either a busy signal or it rings a few times then a recorded message comes on telling me that all circuits are busy. So I then call the office back to leave a message there and would you belive that the voice mail box is full! What a poor company! And to think, we pay our bills for CRAPPY customer service like this!
